Thank you and we're glad to know you liked the arrangement we created for you. A drooping rose means water is not getting up to the flowerhead. Essentially, there's a clog in the stem. Easy fix. YouTube has several videos showing how to reverse the droop. Here at our shop, if there are multiple drooping heads we send out a new arrangement. Hope to hear from you again.

Worked with Patti Ann's Flowers on a coworker bouquet. I had to change the date of the delivery and they were very easy to work with over the phone. Flowers were delivered on time and were pretty.

The flowers were received a day late and only because the giver called because they did not arrive. The order had been completely lost. Normally would not have been a problem, but I was going out of town. The flowers are lovely and see very fresh.

The arrangement was horrible. I would NOT suggest using this florist ever. The arrangement was not what I was expecting and the only good thing the receive could say was that it smelled good. The receiver never mentioned the color the arrangement or anything.

If you have a moment and if possible, please email a photo of the arrangement so I can look at it. We often ask to have a photo sent to us so we can see exactly what we delivered. Most of the time we are happy to re-do an arrangement when a customer is not pleased. What separates us from other florists is providing service after the arrangement is received when a customer/recipient is not pleased. I look forward to hearing from you.

I was not pleased with the arrangement at all, it looked nothing like the picture other than having sunflowers. I asked to make sure that there were some roses and there was not a single one.

We purchased 2 floral arrangements for our older daughters for V-tines Day and my husband then also purchased a huge bouquet of flowers for me for Valentine's Day. All 3 flower arrangements were absolutely beautiful & were done as I/he specified. It was our first time to use Patti Ann's Flowers and we will be back! The customer service was good, especially during one of the busiest flower gifting times of the year! With 3 large floral arrangements we spent a good deal of money - thank you for ensuring our money was well spent. :)

Was not happy with the choice of flowers in my arrangement. He requested my favorite flowers which are Lilies, orchids & tulips. I received Lillie’s, red roses (don’t really like),some type of daisies & hydrangea & some other type of weird looking flower. The flowers have died in 4 days. I normally keep flowers from other florist for 2-3 weeks. The vase was outdated & unappealing. I still loved the arrangement only because he sent them & it’s the thought that counts. He did his part, the florist didn’t do theirs. Please don’t send me any emails for anything.

I'm glad we spoke on the telephone. As I mentioned, your flowers should not have died after four days. We will replace them and deliver it to your workplace on Tuesday, the 22nd. It will include yellow/pink roses (no red), lilies and other flowers During valentine's week, Van Dyke tulips and cut orchids were unavailable. We have a policy of calling customers to get approval to substitute. We dropped the ball this time and we apologize.
