Your partner florist in Denton reported they had delivered the flowers but did not. Your employee in Frisco made it right, enhanced it and had it delivered. Customer service makes all difference. I will keep buying all my florals thru your company

I stopped in on August 19th and the customer service I received was excellent. We worked together to create the perfect bouquet. I appreciated the time, patience, and effort that went into executing the look I was going for. This is now and will forever be my spot to get flowers for any occasion. Thank you guys again so much!!

I recently received two stunning floral arrangements from Patti Ann’s Flowers, and I couldn’t be happier! The first was a beautiful birthday surprise from my daughters, and the second, an exquisite arrangement from my husband to celebrate 30 years since the day we met. Both arrangements were exceptionally fresh and beautifully crafted. Patti Ann’s never disappoints! Highly recommend for any occasion.

My stepmom just received the plant arrangement and she loves it!!! Turns out she's a Patty Ann's customer as well as a recipient. She's so pleased and I'm so grateful they were able to make the delivery on short notice. Great customer service and beautiful plants!!!!
